No. You do not need to be home. As long as your bins are accessible, we’ll take care of the cleaning and return them to your garage area or next to your home once service is complete.

Yes. Trash bins must be empty for us to clean them. This allows us to thoroughly wash, sanitize, and deodorize each bin.

We send notifications before your scheduled cleaning so you know when to leave your bins out. You’ll also receive a notification once your service has been completed.

ExpressBins offers monthly cleaning (every 4 weeks), quarterly cleaning (every 12 weeks), and one-time cleanings. Each plan includes up to two bins. Full details and pricing are available on our Services page.

Subscription plans require a minimum number of scheduled cleanings, which is outlined during signup. One-time cleanings do not require a commitment.
