ExpressBins Terms and Conditions of Service
1. Service Overview
ExpressBins provides curbside trash and recycling bin cleaning services, along with optional pressure washing services, for residential and select commercial customers in Alpharetta, Georgia, and surrounding areas. By scheduling, purchasing, or using ExpressBins services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Service Requirements
- Bins must be empty and free of restricted or hazardous materials, including oil, gasoline, paint, adhesives, chemicals, construction debris, feces, kitty litter, or unbagged trash.
- ExpressBins will not clean bins containing human waste or unbagged animal waste.
- Bins must not be severely damaged or structurally unsound.
If these conditions are not met, service may be refused or skipped without refund.
3. Pressure Washing & Surface Cleaning Services
ExpressBins may offer pressure washing and exterior surface cleaning services, including trash bin pads, driveways, sidewalks, patios, exterior residential surfaces (including homes), and other concrete or paved areas.
All pressure washing and stain treatment services are performed on a best-effort basis only. Complete removal of oil, grease, rust, organic stains, or chemical discoloration is not guaranteed.
Pressure washing may result in cosmetic changes such as lightening or darkening of surfaces, uneven appearance, or visible outlines (“ghosting”) of previous stains, and may expose pre-existing cracks, surface wear, patches, or spalling.
ExpressBins is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing surface conditions or normal outcomes associated with professional pressure washing. By scheduling pressure washing services, customers release ExpressBins from liability for cosmetic or structural changes.
4. Service Scheduling
- ExpressBins primarily performs bin cleanings the day following scheduled trash pickup.
- Service timing may be adjusted due to routing, traffic, weather, or operational considerations.
- Bins must remain curbside or in the designated service location until cleaning is completed.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Bins must be empty, accessible, and placed curbside or in the designated service location.
- Required gate codes or access instructions must be provided in advance.
- Pets must be secured away from the service area.
If service cannot be completed due to bins not being empty, inaccessible bins, blocked access, or other customer-related issues, the visit will be considered missed and no refund will be issued. Rescheduling may require a $25 rescheduling fee.
6. Payment Terms
- Subscription plans require a minimum commitment of three (3) completed services.
- Initial service payment is collected at checkout.
- Subscriptions are billed automatically 2–5 days prior to scheduled service.
- Failed or declined payments must be resolved promptly to avoid service interruption.
7. Pricing & Changes
- ExpressBins reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.
- Recurring pricing changes will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice.
8. Cancellation & Skips
- Service may be canceled after the initial three (3) scheduled services have been completed.
- Cancellations may be made through the customer portal, by email, or by text message.
- Two (2) service skips or credits are allowed per 12-month period with notice by 6:00 PM the day before service.
- Unused skips do not roll over.
If cancellation occurs after payment processing, service will continue through the current paid period. Customers relocating outside the service area may gift remaining services or request a refund for unused future services.
9. Customer Satisfaction
Service concerns must be reported within seven (7) days of service for review.
10. Liability & Environmental Compliance
ExpressBins is not responsible for damage caused by third parties, weather, pets, or post-service conditions. Services are performed in compliance with applicable environmental regulations.
11. Force Majeure
ExpressBins is not responsible for service delays or inability to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, equipment failure, or acts of God.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
