ExpressBins Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Service Overview 

ExpressBins provides mobile trash and recycle bin cleaning services for residential customers in Alpharetta, GA, and surrounding areas. By requesting our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Requirements
  • Bins must be free of hazardous or restricted materials such as oil, gasoline, paint, adhesives, feces, kitty litter, chemicals, construction debris, and unbagged trash.
  • Bins must not be severely damaged or in disrepair that could prevent proper cleaning or damage our equipment.
  • ExpressBins will not clean bins containing human or unbagged animal waste.
  • If these conditions are not met, service will not be completed and no refund will be issued.
3. Service Scheduling
  • While we make every effort to clean your bins on the same day as your trash pickup, service may occasionally take place the following day due to route timing, delays, or scheduling needs. Please leave your bins at the curb until you receive confirmation that cleaning has been completed.
  • If urgent cleaning is needed, please call us at 404-220-9796 after signing up.
4. Customer Responsibilities
  • Ensure bins are empty and placed curbside (or designated location) for cleaning.
  • Provide gate codes, instructions, or other access needs for gated communities.
  • Pets must be secured away from the service area.
  • Missed service due to inaccessible bins or property will not be refunded. Rescheduling may require an additional $20 service fee.
5. Payment Terms
  • Monthly and quarterly pricing is based on a minimum of three (3) cleaning visits. If service is canceled before the third visit, standard one-time cleaning rates may apply.
  • Payment for the first service is collected at checkout.
  • Monthly and quarterly plans are billed automatically two to five days before the service is performed
  • Declined or failed payments must be resolved promptly to avoid service interruption.
6. Pricing and Changes
  • ExpressBins reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.
  • Any change in recurring pricing will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice. Customers can cancel service if they do not agree with the new pricing.
7. Cancellation Policy
  • Service can be canceled at any time through the customer portal or by emailing info@expressbins.com.
  • If canceled after payment is processed, service will continue for the paid month and stop thereafter.
  • Customers relocating out of service area may gift their remaining service or request a refund.
  • One service skip/credit is allowed per 12-month period if notice is given by 6:00 PM the day before service.
8. Photos and Customer Portal
  • Photos of completed cleanings are available in the customer portal for review.
  • Customers are encouraged to check their portal after each cleaning.  Portal access is available at www.expressbins.com
9. Liability Disclaimer
  • ExpressBins is not responsible for damage to bins, stickers, vehicles, or property caused by external factors such as waste trucks, pets, acts of nature, or other third parties.
  • ExpressBins is not liable for any damages caused to or by bins post-cleaning.
10. Customer Satisfaction
  • If a cleaning does not meet your expectations, notify us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue.
11. Modifications and Communications
  • ExpressBins reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of service after updates implies agreement.
  • By using our services, you agree to receive communications via email and SMS related to scheduling, billing, or promotions. Your information is not shared with third parties for unrelated purposes.
12. Governing Law 
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
